After what must have been an almighty celebration following her Celebrity Big Brother win on Friday night, Denise Welch no doubt spent yesterday recovering and gearing up for today which is her husband's 60th birthday.

However, the day has been overshadowed slightly by newspaper reports that she's been having an eight-month affair with a party planner.

Regardless Denise took to handling her husband's special day at the Gusto restaurant in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, with aplomb and even managed to squeeze in her now trademark bra flash maneuver along with some friends.

Ever ready to enjoy a joke, the star also stripped off solo outside a wine specialists appropriately named Corks Out.

Denise wore a brightly-coloured outfit comprised of a fuchsia top with pair of jeans in a slightly darker shade of pink and a pair of knee-high boots.

The star stopped to chat with her pal, Heartbeat star Patricia Penrose, and embraced her in a warm hug.

In a show of unity Denise then walked hand in hand with husband Tim Healy, who wore a flat cap, black duffel coat, jeans and brown shoes.

Buoyed by Tim's milestone anniversary the couple appeared in high spirits, showing no signs of any stress that may have been caused by today's affair report.

Denise issued a statement last night, reading: ‘It’s Tim's 60th Birthday and we are celebrating that and the fact that mummy is home after 3 weeks in the BB house. We are not interested in the Sunday Mirror Article.’

And they were certainly keen to practice what they preached, at one point stopping to share a kiss before carrying along on their jovial path, laughing and joking with one another.

Predictably they toasted his 60th with a couple of drinks, Denise opting for what appeared to be a glass of champagne, while Tim supped on a pint of beer.

And the actor got an extra special treat when Denise and two of her willing friends performed Denise's trademark bra flash.

The maneuver has become a staple part of the Loose Women presenter's public routine since she began doing it during her time on Celebrity Big Brother.

And, after emerging victorious on the show, perhaps she feels as though the public vote has validated her rather unsavoury penchant for lifting up her top.

Meanwhile the actress's it was claimed today that Welch has been having an eight-month affair with a party planner.

The Sunday Mirror alleges the mother-of-two, 53, has been secretly seeing party organiser Lincoln Townley, 39, since last year.

A friend of Townley told the newspaper that Welch met Townley at the Jet Black club in London last April after filming Loose Women and had even spent the night with her before she went into the Celebrity Big Brother house.

They added: 'They started seeing each other on a casual basis. Lincoln said she was the same away from the ­cameras as she was on TV. He saw the Loose Woman in her come out when they were partying together.'

The friend added that Denise would stay at his home occasionally but they would mostly spend time in her hotel room near the Loose Women studios after the show had been filmed and then she would head home to Cheshire the following day.

'Lincoln said they have a great time ­together, the age difference doesn’t matter. She is a party girl, without doubt. He loves being with her because she’s such great fun. It was very casual and all about ­having fun. ­Lincoln enjoyed it because there was no emotional stress.'

Lincoln is even believed to have told friends that he was surprised that Denise never tried to hide their relationship and they were always seen together at bars and restaurants in central London.

But by the early autumn, the friend said their relationship started to get more serious and Denise began talking openly about her marriage problems and said she felt she was living a 'double life'.

Neither Denise or her publicist were available to comment today.

News of the alleged affair comes two months after Healy, 59, was rushed to hospital for surgery on his blocked arteries.

At the time, Welch said: 'I didn’t need reminding how much I love Tim but something like this has made us both stop, think and re-evaluate everything.'

Fans of Welch will know the actress has been open about her previous affairs on Loose Women and in her autobiography.

In an interview last May, Welch said: 'There is a perception that Tim is the long-suffering husband and I’m bad Denise. It’s not true. We’ve both, by our own admission, strayed.

In her 2010 autobiography, Welch admitted to an affair with a toyboy named Steve Murray, while her husband was away filming Auf Wiedersehen, Pet.
